Acupuncture in Assisted Reproduction (IVF): Procedure

Two acupuncture sessions are performed on the day of the embryo transfer, one before and one after the transfer.

It is even better to start weekly acupuncture treatments approximately 3 months before the IVF procedure in order to help regulate the reproductive functions and to increase the chances of success of the IVF.
